Hi Yahoo, how do I contact you! When I lived in Australia I had a Yahoo AU account daniellesusan601@yahoo.com.au. I know the phone number I had but I don't have my australian number so it wouldn't let me recover the account. I need to recover the account to get my business instagram back and it is urgent. I found 2 basic problems with your top level home page.
I found 2 basic problems with your top level home page.
1/ In the top left was a line "Hi {my username}" when I click on it a menu pops up. But it is so well separated from the link that it pops down BEFORE I can get the mouse into the box. I am using a Chrome Web Browser.
2/ When I did (by fluke) get into the box I pressed "Account Info" link, and it sent me to the URL "https://profile.yahoo.com" which DOES NOT EXIST!
At least the 'gear' menu also had a "Account Info" link…

Get rid of the hopeless and disgusting "new" version of Yahoo Messenger.
Yahoo appears to be in self-destruct mode. This is not so much about the Yahoo home page, but more about a related product, even though the home page has degenerated so much in recent years, I rarely look at it now.
I downloaded and installed the "new improved" version of Yahoo Messenger today. I have now uninstalled it and reinstalled the old version, because the new version is easily the WORST instant messaging application I have ever seen.
I have decided I will never use it, and if the old version stops working after August 31, I will simply switch…

Stop the Pop-Up Windows. Stop the Bombardment of Ads.
Since I upgraded my yahoo account, I have been bombarded with pop-up windows despite the fact that I have ticked 'Block pop-up windows'. And the constant delay in my mail loading due to the ads, don't even get me started. Why would you change something that worked??? Heading to Google now. Let me know when you guys get the message.

Regarding the Yahoo Australia Finance page, please turn of the BLOODY auto play videos! 2-3 videos all auto playing on the same **** page!

I can no longer get to my Yahoo groups from my iPad or phone......other members are having trouble also.
Groups need to be able to be easily accessed......I can't even find them on the iPad anymore, & I have FB messages from yahoo groups telling me they can no longer access the group pages

stop racists talk in answers.
in answers is see there are a lot of anonymous writers posting either racist or silly ideas, i dont mind but you can be sued for them , spreading racism illegal to the courts , please control it , freedom of speech and racisms are 2 different things , moderate the message area .
