I would like Subtitles on Plus7, as I am deaf. I found out that there was no Subtitles on catch up, and I find it hard to lipread.

Your MKR catchup site is very buggy.
I watch missed MKR eps on your website.
Often, i need to use multiple windows all running the same episode, to have a fallback when the video hangs or crashes. This happens often. It is very frustrating to wait through a set of adverts to then have the main video fail, and be required to watch a full set of adverts again to return to the same point of the episode.
Secondly, the episode i viewed tonight, (ep36), the advert shown during the breaks was for bookings.com alone. As in, every single advert was the same identical one.1464th ranked -
