Ads in my mail box that cannot be deleted
It is totally deplorable that we now have ads in our mailbox that cannot be deleted!!! Is this going to persist and is it a new form of INVASIVE advertising that we cannot remove? If this is the case then I'll have to re-activate my gmail account! You guys are totally unprincipled. I see that there are a number of people who feel the same as I do.

Great to get a sponsor advert on top of your mail inbox, however if one is in a foreign country and doesn’t speak the language it is somewhat useless. I have a Citibank of Thailand advert on top of my inbox, but being a European National I can’t read it. Money wasted by your sponsor because I am not inclined to press the icon to go to a site that I can’t read. Would make more sense to me if the advert was in English, Dutch, French, German or Spanish but Thai – No, Thank you! If I could read…

Make my mail work. I need to acces important emails
Mail wont work. I cant log in and it wont send a reset code to my other email or phone. What do I do? I REALLY need to access a couple of my emails urgently. I have been trying all morning. It doesn't say Im blocked or anything it just comes up with an error report that says:

Query about email spam from my own account
This is not an idea...this is a message to try and get any information on how I can contact yahoo directly, either my email or phone to report my account being compromised and used to send out spam. I have spent the better part of an hour trying to find anyway to contact customer care or feedback other than the randomly generated help responses. Very frustrated. I have traced the ISP addresses that used my email address to send spam out as the yahoo head office in Sunnyvale California, and returned via Minsk. There however, has been no suspicious account…

Error in mailbox
Up to now, YahooMail has been great. of today, i have a problem reading my mail. opening a mail it allows me to read it, but i am unable to delete it or move to the next one. i have to open yahoomail again to delete the said file or move to the next unread message. The reading page jumps up from the bottom, hiding to delete, back and other buttons, also cant the inbox button on the left side. Help.

I have attempted to contact your to get m password reset for my yahoo mail but your telephone number do not work its absolutely disgusting after reading several reviews by customers just like me never being able to get through. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers. I expect a response to the below email as I cannot access my own mirelle_damons@yahoo.com.au

I don't have a cell phone. They don't work here & never will. No mobile number means no yahoo account. All web access is via government subsidized satellite access. I cannot get a YAHOO account without a mobile. Why? Yahoo was around for ages without this stupid policy.
This policy is one that assumes that all the world in exactly liker YOUR life is...everyone lives near a cell tower...everyone has a phone of their very own.
