  1. your webmail help is no help. I've lost years worth of emails and you offer no visible way to get help.

    Ive lost years worth of emails and it seems, and there is no visible way of getting help from you as there are only specific topics which don't allow for the ability to elaborate on a problem. I would appreciate someone letting me know why I have 1tb of email storage. Im using .1% of that and I cant find emails dating back longer than three months. How come? Email me please.....

  5. After search some word in my email then view don't sort last mail on top.

    My problem is when I search any word in my email then view don't sort last mail on top such as i search word "CNC" in my email then search view show mail since 2012 on the top of view and loading email then after we wait until finish load mail then on top of search view show new mail become mail in July 2016 but it actually search view should be show new mail on top is mail in december 2016.

    This problem just happen when about last 2 weeks.

    Please advise how to solve to us.

    Why won't you let me enter my email account even when I use the correct password? Stop using security as an excuse. Your site, your security problem, your responsibility to fix it. My password works and I don't see why I have to change it because your internet security is ****.

  8. why are you telling me you prevented an unauthorised sign in to my account. ?

    EVERY time you so smugly tell me that yahoo prevented an unauthorised sign in to my accounts - that coincides EVERY time with the EXACT time that yahoo thwarted me on my own computer and stopped me from signing into my own yahoo account. Yahoo is like some senile grandma who thinks they are doing well when in truth they are mis-interpreting and mis-reading the situation all because they have such out of date ANTI-CUSTOMER systems in place where yahoo FAILS to understand the consequences of the rules they impose on legitimate customers trying to use their own email account.

  11. How are we supposed to contact you for a legitimate problem? Yahoo's SPF validation failed!!!! How are we supposed to send our emails?

    You're joking!? Yahoo7's mail has an INVALID SPF - pretty basic stuff!

    That means I can't send an important email. Surely something as simple as this should NEVER occur if you are supposed to be a quality service provider.

  16. Fix the "Sign Out" option. Every time highlight "Dave" the options appear but as soon as I move the mouse these options disappear.

    BRING BACK the "sign out" option for mail. The only way I can sign out from mail, or indeed the actual web site, is to "kill" it, Once again a prime example of Yahoo's fiddling with something that actually works. IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!

    The most important thing a company can do to show its consumers and/or users that it actually cares about them is by actually listening to them and hearing them live, whether its via a live chat box or phone call.

    I think its pretty disgusting you don't have this service, nothing is more frustrating than having an issue and not being able to solve it, because lets face it, majority of the internet users struggle understanding problems that's happening to them and need help ASAP due to many reasons.

  19. email content not opening

    Over last few days I get my list of emails but the content 80% of the time wont load when I click a specific email.

    It wont load content in the automatic page preview or on the entire content if I click on the email. The spinner just keeps going.

    I have good internet, powerful desktop PC and n other issues with any applications.

    I have performed both virus and malware scans and all is clear.

    Not sure of the cause but very irritating, cant read emails at all.
