  3. Log in case

    Hola,

    Faced this issue while trying to log in from a expired session.
    On entering my email and password, the page takes me back to the expired session.
    Its not a big deal, as i can just close and start a fresh session.
    However, thought I'd let the team know about this.

  8. Fix the SIGN OUT menu

    Signing out of Yahoo7 is extraordinarily difficult, bordering on impossible. Yes, I can hover my mouse over my ID and see a drop-down menu that includes the option to sign out, but when I move my mouse away from my ID (like, say, towards the "Sign Out" option), the menu disappears...so I cannot sign out. You're supposed to be a professional organisation - you present yourselves that way, at least - act like it and fix these WebDesign101 issues.

  9. SPAM NOT BEING BLOCKED

    This is ridiculous!!!!

    at least 40 spam emails per day. I keep pressing the BLOCK Button but THIS OPTION DOES NOT WORK. Most of them don't have an unsubscribe button and you can't reply to tell them to go away. FIX THIS PROBLEM. OH, and BTW You have this feedback page but do you ever actually read it and do something about any of it??

    I wish everyone would just say YAHOO, including emails, in any shape or form is FLOORED and everybody boycotts using it for ANYTHING.

  12. Adds What a rotten thing Y7 now is.

    No wonder Y7 is bleeding money the Adds simply stink and if anything turn people off, I do not eat Coco Pops no matter how much you block the site. What a rotten ordeal it is to try and use Y7 to send and email, it is even a pain in A to try and tidy up a person`s site.

  14. I have PAID for a business account and only had Yahoo Mail for several days....I've only been able to log in ONCE.

    Paying for an e-mail account generally means it should work. I've paid for this account and domain and have only been able to log in once. How in the actual *** am I supposed to run a business I can't access the e-mail for?? Every time I've tried to log in it tells me "Temporary error 2" and your "help" of logging out and back in and "usually fixed within a few minutes to a few hours" isn't acceptable.     Ive lost years worth of emails and it seems, and there is no visible way of getting help from you as there are only specific topics which don't allow for the ability to elaborate on a problem.
