Your verifying by photo is stupid. Sometimes there will be just a tiny slice of the item in a box. Are we to click on it or not?
If you must use this way to verify, ensure that the image is clear as to which boxes should be clicked.

You need a help line!!! There is no assistance on how to fix a problem with receiving a particular email address. Any of my contacts with a Optus email are not reaching my Yahoo. No message is received by them and I have nothing in my blocked list. Have tried all help suggestions but you have no way of rectifying this. Very poor service. Seriously disappointed.

Why are some of my emails disappearing?
For a while now, emails supposedly sent to me never arrived. Then half a dozen folders were stripped of their emails. Finally, two days ago I watched as an email hit my Inbox, only to mysteriously disappear when I had another look a couple of hours later. What's happenning? How do I prevent this from recurring? How do I retrieve the disappearing emails? HELP!!

help! do you have livechat? I am having serious problems accessing my yahoo account.
Can normally access emails at computer library. Had trouble signing in. Had to change password but still had trouble. Eventually worked. Unfortunately will not allow me to access yahoo mail on my smartphone at home. What can I do. I only have 1 email account and 1 phone. It asks me for an alternative. How do I resolve this? Helene C
