  2. "Cheryl Hickey parting ways" and similar stories are a scam

There's a new skincare scam that you're supporting by running these ads as news. Typically the ad is masked as a story about a famous news/entertainment figure who has left their show, and you need to click on the link to find out why. When you do, you learn that it was to promote their skincare line. Then you are offered a free sample. it's not free. You get charged for it - $300+ - every month. The fine print saying you agree to sign up does not exist, and there is no way to contact the company.

  3. Stop posting ads that feature abuse victims as click bait

I see that Yahoo has a new series of ads that involve women with black eyes. Very classy. So you support abuse of women as an advertising ploy? Apart from being in savage bad taste, might this not also be traumatic and damaging to somebody who has suffered abuse, or who has grown up in a household with abuse? Your advertising content is disgusting, and says plenty about your corporate values and ethics.

  4. Stop putting ads that redirect to sites. Why are women being shown with black eyes. This is offensive!!!

Stop putting ads that redirect to sites. The ads show women- Marilyn Denis and Kelly Ripa for example- with black eyes losing their jobs.
How do these ads stand up to Oath policy? The are offensive and should not be posted according to your own guidelines.

  6. Why do you continue to allow these ads to pop up on feed.

www.vipnewser.com is the feed I am referring to.
This is being peddelled with wrong information about people
loosing their jobs. What is the point of this ad other than to get
you to click on something with false claim. It is deceptive because
you do not know what you are clicking on at the outcome.

  11. You are posting ads from scam web sites.

I clicked on an ad from your web site only to find out that it was a scam web site that now has my credit card information. I thought I was ordering a new jacket only to find out a couple of days later the web site no longer exists. How can you accept money from these scammers to advertise on your web site without verifying that they are legitimate?

  13. You sponsored ad links are hijacking the browsers

Your sponsored links are hijacking browsers. They open annoynig pop-ups, with bate and switch web tactics. I find it very annoying, time consuming and frustrating over 60% of Yahoo web space are tabloid sponsored ads that's wreaking havoc on your loyal follower's computers. Please resolve this ASAP if you wish to maintain your loyal viewer base.

  16. too many pop up ads

Way too many pop up ads, they open when you don't want tem to and the pages are so crammed it stalls.I see a few complaints but no changes.I guess the ad revenue is more important to Yahoo than the readers.Just remember its us readers that decide to go elsewhere for their info.......bye bye

  17. Get rid of the ads at the top of my inbox or I will stop using Yahoo mail, which I PAY FOR, and which I have been using for 15 years.

I'm not kidding. If the ads are still there in 2 weeks I'm getting a gmail account and closing my yahoo account.
