  2. Stupid un-erasable e-mail ads you inflict on us.

    I DON'T like e-mail ads, and especially e-mail ads that I can't delete. So as a matter of principle, tell your advertisers that I refuse to do any business with them. And that goes for any new advertisers too. You advertise that way, you will NEVER get me as a customer. Fair enough?

    Stop adding to the spam we already get to our inbox. A law was just passed stopping unwanted mail from being delivered and you think you can just circumvent it because we are using your service.

    Why am I being asked to fill in the weird alpha/numerical stuff every 2nd email? This is ridiculous, a waste of my time. If this doesn't stop I will cancel my account and move to a better provider..
