The previous format was much more efficient!
The page is TOO big. Can no longer see everything at once. Seeing lots of things I am NOT interested in. Change it back!!!!

Since they changed 'my yahoo' I have been busy trying to find a new Home page

If yahoo is looking to increase ad revenue, changing/deleting my yahoo was not the most brilliant tactical move I've ever seen.
People are leaving Yahoo in droves and those that remain will not patronize any of your advertisers anyway.
Good luck. You just ****** off the Pope. -

So I was only off the computer three days and come back to no more my yahoo. All the tabs are gone, all my personalized stuff is gone. Like others I switched from Yahoo US to Canada since you people did not ***** up your site like the US did. Now it appears they have hit another country. Off to another site. How unfortunate Yahoo does not listen to the people but I guess they use the common thinking of who cares who or how many leave, there are more to follow after you that will use us. Not I.

I'm not sure what Yahoo is "concentrating on" that required eliminating My Yahoo home pages, but if the goal is having less traffic for your advertisers, mission accomplished. I am switching to another homepage and hope many other disgruntled users will do like wise.

I have a feeling that this whole MY Yahoo format change revolves around ad space and $.. I have had enough and won't be using Yahoo in the future.. Starting right now! See ya after all these years.

Don't wast you breath yahoo cares nothing for your opinion. I am in US have enjoyed my.ca for a month because they screwed up the site in US. The US feedback section has thousands of comments...with NO changes. Now I am moving to ustart.org. When you move on, remember change your search engines too.

Update: start.me did not want my email password when creating a custom page
...they wanted me to set a password for a start.me account created from my email.Do NOT give start.me your real email password when creating a start.me account.
On other changes ... I really miss the "news feature" I used to have when my Yahoo Finance portfolio lived on the right hand side of the myYahoo page...I'm going to miss having easy access to annual report and dividend announcements...sigh.

Great news - I just moved my RSS feed to a thing called www.start.me and while not as good as the old MyYahoo RSS page it is an acceptable replacement.
I have a major concern that they asked for my email account and password so I quickly created a bogus Windows Live email and they accepted it. They appear to have no other "account" which makes me nervous.
Now I am working on moving my Yahoo Finance stuff over to Google Finance. I really liked Yahoo Finance but if that gets shut down I want to have a backup.

You have removed my one screen access to my stock portfolio and my RSS feeds. It has been replaced by a giant yahoo news (which was one of my 20 feeds) that takes up 60% of the screen, featured videos, sports (I have no interest), horoscopes, Flickr, and birthdays.
What a piece of ****. Now I'll have to search for a proper RSS/stocks homepage and I'll be damned if I add anything from Yahoo on it. GOODBYE.

Every single change Yahoo has made in the last year has made their site less user friendly (I would say lousy and stupid but that would be rude)....whose running the gong show?? Mail gets harder to use and now getting rid of My Yahoo so I have to look at the news and info you want me to look at rather than what I choose?

I completely agree with this poster and all comments below. Obviously, there won't be any changes; look how long Yahoo has let us complain. The US site and mobile sites are the same format, so it seems they won't be listening.

How the heck do I add or remove Favourites I choose and why are they being hidden on me in favour of Yahoo sites I am not interested in or want to have easy access to on my page? VERY POOR SERVICE and ARROGANT TOO.

Are you kidding me with this piddly complaint about visuals. Want something to really complain about? Do a search using rundll32, read what happened to me and then cry me a river.

I absolutely agree. Previous set-up was much better and if this stays the same, I'll be looking for a new homepage. Thanks!

I absolutely hate this new format.....PLEASE change it back to what it was a year ago. Anytime you come up with these new changes, it is always worse the change before it. If Yahool doesn't change it back, I will definitely change my email account to someone other than Yahoo....not that Yahool really cares what I do!!!!!
