I'm so tired of your site.
My account got hacked 3 or 4 months ago and I still have not been able get a hold of anyone from your company. I have tried to phone and email. Nothing! no response. I just want my account deleted and I can't even do that because the hackers changed my password and security questions. I would leave my email address but whats the point. It's not like I will ever be able to receive emails seeing how the hackers are now in control of it.

Stop making me sign in to mail so many times. I am sick and tired of having to get a new password all the time, and if something isn't changed soon, I will go through the hassle of going back to hotmail for my mail. I have given up trying to remember my password, and constantly (it seems) I have to create a new password to get in my email. I hate this last so called upgrade...upgrade again and have what you did last time or you will lose at least one customer

Killing the Canadian My.Yahoo

They destroyed the U.S. my.yahoo page sending refugees fleeing to the Canadian page. Now they're killing the Canadian page. Surely there is an opportunity for an entrepreneur to create a no.yahoo.com

Apparently YAHOO does NOT read its subscribers' gripes about the new format...
My idea, since YAHOO doesn't seem to care about its subscribers' opinions about the new format - I am not using YAHOO as my homepage anymore. I have gone over to Google. Have fun ruining your eyesight with YAHOO.

Home page disaster
This scroll new is too time consuming & is full of pop culture **** mixed in with real news. Weather page has no favorite cities easy view section & satellite world view is not easy to access. You became a large number of users site because of your excellent Home Page. Now you chase us away. It is such a pain to change e-mail but gmail is the only choice left as I reluctantly leave Yahoo & find another news & weather site. Gmail is easy to call up anywhere.
