Mail layout needs fixing
I view my emails on iPad or iPhone and your layout frustrates. First, the stupid decision to have a massive ad window right in the middle. I can't view my top mail from Pinterest as of writing; as your stupid layoutinsists on dropping underneath forcing me to only view two mails. If my mailbox has numerous mails; it insists on skipping randomly as I try to sort through it; always jumping above the bottom-most message and it loves focusing on that freaking ad you just had to make the size of four mails; seriously? The ad featuring an NHS Exemption Card is very misleading
This ad shows a picture of an NHS Exemption Card for prescriptions and is misleading because the advertiser is selling insurance. People should not be encouraged to think that they can "buy" this sort of card for £10 pm, they are issued free for those with severe medical conditions and it would be fraudulent for anyone else to use one. I think the ad should be removed in this form.
