  2. COMPLAINT - Yahoo mail is broken

    as of 37/10/22 FIX your email?

    I can see what my emails are but I cannot open anything except from the yahoo front page whers it exposes the subject line
    I use Edge where all the other parts of the web are ok

  3. Error when trying to change password

    Account Security -> Change password responds with the error:

    Service Unavailable - DNS failure
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

    This has been an ongoing issue for at least two years. I am not however going to pay you 5 quid in order to bring it to your attention. When I attempt to contact support in any fashion i encounter the same error.

    If this is not resolved in 30 days, I will be contacting the information commisioners office.Account Security -> Change password responds with the error:

  5. Makes invoices easier to find!!!

    Every month I need to google how to get my mail pro invoice as its impossible to find. Please just put it with teh account details. Wastes me so much time and so frustrating that it is actually easier to cancel it.

    Hi, Attention Please !
    I got an email receipt from a car wash in Sydney but I'm in Darwin and I have not done such payment. Then I contacted over the mobile number there. Answered a male in Sydney that he had made a cash payment to a car wash this morning.

    I surprised about this.
    Please inquire into any hacking ? and let me know the outcome.

  7. I can't go on like this.

    I can't go on like this. Every time I try to log into my Yahoo mail account you make it harder, with more and more checks and a password change every time. I expect it's because cookies are deleted every time I close my browser, so that sites I visit cannot follow me around the internet. I have no intention of changing that habit, so I guess I will have to switch to another provider.

    "We are closing all old versions of Mailbox" - is this from you or from a scammer?

  9. RE-INSTALL THE MAIL BLOCKING SERVICE YOU USED TO HAVE

    ON OUR MAIL ACCOUNTS WE USED TO HAVE A LINK SO WE COULD BLOCK "SPAM" MAIL BUT YOU REMOVED IT!!???
    THIS NOW ENABLES MORE AND MORE SPAM MAIL TO GET INTO OUR MAIL "IN BOX" I HAVE BEEN USING MY GMAIL ACCOUNT MORE BECAUSE OF THIS, WHY CAN THIS NOT BE

    If I want to email all of my contacts about a book I have written, say, 100 contacts, will it be treated by Yahoo as spam? Is there a maximum number of contacts I can include on any one email?

  13. could there please be a way ro have your picture as your mail icon?

    I notice that even though changed my account picture. I still have the default alphabetic icon on my inbox. I thought this was supposed to change when I changed the picture. Given my first and last name the alphabetic icon on is somewhat insulting and I would like to have it changed without needing to change my name on the account. as that has to remain my actual name If I could just get the default Yahoo logo that would be fine.

    For weeks I've been trying to update my payment info but every time I get a message "We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later."
    So unless you fix those issues I will not be able to update.

  15. Easier way to update Old Account recovery information

    Currently, I have an email account that was my First Email back when Yahoo was new. Currently, I cannot log into it as the cellphone number I used for security I no longer have access to, I want to update that account recovery information, but not able to as the account is so old it was made before a Recovery email option was introduced.

    I cannot contact support as the only good support is only available to Premium members.

  19. Let me log in to my Yahoo account via the iPad app

    Since a change of password tonight, I can no longer log into my Yahoo account via the iPad app. Why? Because there is NO KEYBOARD, so I cannot type in either my username or password. I can only get in by using Safari. What have you done to the app??
