  1. Reverse the titling of reminder emails.....

    The whole idea of a reminder email is to identify the event - not list it solely as a new event - that is ridiculous - get it back to the title of the event.

  3. There are so many occasions when there are spelling or grammatical mistakes in your articles.

    This is not so much an idea as a suggestion.
    It is really important that there are no spelling or grammatical errors in your articles.
    I have spotted two today and have pasted one below

    They deserve to be top four and we want to do as well as we can, as best as we can and put up a fight in every single came we come up against this year

    “Put up a fight in every single came” or should that be “game or even team”

  4. By making sure your email service works properly with other websites before and AFTER account deactivation.

    Change your email service to recognise old accounts / sync with Google accounts properly. ACCOUNT IS LOCKED OUT / GOOGLE WON'T ENABLE LOGIN!

  6. Signing in and out

    The tickbox for 'remember me' (keep me signed in) on the login screen, should be unticked by default. Logging out should not require users to confirm their logout either. Many people will navigate away from the Yahoo screen without properly signing out, which could put their login security and account as risk.
    Please fix this.

  8. Why have all Yahoo UK News videos suddenly become "Video not available"?

    For some Yahoo News items, it shows a little video clip, or at least it used to do so. Now the image shows
    Video not available.
    Unfortunately this video is missing or damaged and cannot be played
    What has gone wrong here, and please can you fix it.

  10. Urgent flaw: copying email text includes other emails

    Hi guys,

    I have a quite serious concern that definitely needs dealing with by your maintainance developers.

    (In yahoo mail, pro version, in Chrome browser, on Android phone Samsung Galazy P9+)

    When highlighting and copying the text of an email, and then pasting that elsewhere, THE CONTENT AND HEADERS OF A NUMBER OF OTHER RECENT EMAILS IS ALSO COPIED AND PASTED.

    I am sure that you can see, this is not only a major annoyance and sn embarrassment to Yahoo, but potentially a serious security breach.

    Indeed, worse, the additional material DID NOT APPEAR UNTIL AFTER THE PASTED MATERIAL HAD…

  11. Can you tell me why several of my contacts are receiving rogue emails that are purporting to come from my Yahoo email address?

    I can't find out the answer to the problem so have posted the question here. It is not an idea but maybe someone can post an idea of either why it is happening or indeed how to combat it. Thanks.

  20. Why has at least one of my emails just disappeared from my inbox? And why can't we contact you ******* idiots, to get some customer service?

    Yahoo acts like it gives a **** about us, its hapless customers, and responds to feedback...particularly when you are responsible for the disappearance of people's emails...like an important one in my inbox, that has simply disappeared. Stop stealing them in the first place, then we wouldn't be so ******* ****** at you!
