  1. Signing in and out

    The tickbox for 'remember me' (keep me signed in) on the login screen, should be unticked by default. Logging out should not require users to confirm their logout either. Many people will navigate away from the Yahoo screen without properly signing out, which could put their login security and account as risk.
    Please fix this.

  2. I am puzzled by the non sensical totally uninteresting articles about the beckham family. I am now using yahoo less and less.

    The beckhams seem to be taking over the yahoo website and that is putting me off using it.

    Could you please make it possible to forward unopened emails so that we can send spam evidence to the companies spammers are purporting to be. These companies request evidence by forwarding the spam to them, preferably without opening the email first, they ask, which isn't possible with Yahoo. I have been receiving spam daily from fake PayPal and fake Amazon after £210 was fraudulently spent on my Amazon account. We should also be able to see the sender's email address without opening the email too, to check if it is really from these companies. This has all been traumatic, and…

  6. Increase in spam and bogus e-mails getting through Yahoo filters

    In the last couple of weeks I seem to be getting more spam and bogus e-mails than before - looks like the Yahoo filters are not working properly because before then, they were very effective. Has something changed? I am now more at risk from scammers.

  7. What's with your cookie and partner policies? They are in breach of GDPR, surely?

    Yahoo! should thoroughly review its new partner cookies policy, which I contend is in breach of GDPR. Cookies must be opt-IN not opt-out!

  9. Urgent flaw: copying email text includes other emails

    Hi guys,

    I have a quite serious concern that definitely needs dealing with by your maintainance developers.

    (In yahoo mail, pro version, in Chrome browser, on Android phone Samsung Galazy P9+)

    When highlighting and copying the text of an email, and then pasting that elsewhere, THE CONTENT AND HEADERS OF A NUMBER OF OTHER RECENT EMAILS IS ALSO COPIED AND PASTED.

    I am sure that you can see, this is not only a major annoyance and sn embarrassment to Yahoo, but potentially a serious security breach.

    Indeed, worse, the additional material DID NOT APPEAR UNTIL AFTER THE PASTED MATERIAL HAD…

  10. Can you tell me why several of my contacts are receiving rogue emails that are purporting to come from my Yahoo email address?

    I can't find out the answer to the problem so have posted the question here. It is not an idea but maybe someone can post an idea of either why it is happening or indeed how to combat it. Thanks.

  11. Why have all Yahoo UK News videos suddenly become "Video not available"?

    For some Yahoo News items, it shows a little video clip, or at least it used to do so. Now the image shows
    Video not available.
    Unfortunately this video is missing or damaged and cannot be played
