Issue is in draft emails
Hi, Issue is in draft emails. As soon as i start typing email, in yahoo draft box a new draft email is created for the same email. In my case almost 33 draft emails created and they are still in my draft box. For R&D you can take a look at my draft box. Regards, Sadiq

Searching you emails
Your email search function no longer searches emails past a few days when it used to be able to go back as far as you needed it to. I don't know if this was a result of the last update, but I would like to be able to search for emails that are much older as I am unable to find the emails that I need. Thank you.

Stop redirecting me to BT sign in
Since you insist on redirecting me to BT's sign-in page as soon as I access my Yahoo mail, there's nothing I can do but stop using my account. This is the most ridiculous and frustrating technical issue, mainly because your support is impossible to find or contact.

I have read Yahoo UK news since 2001 but I have now stopped because your new layout is awful
You have taken something that was usable, functional and simple, and turned it into the opposite. I have no idea why you let a UX designer roll this out, and even more so why you allowed an exec/director to sign this off. Everyone expects a design to be refreshed to follow new trends but what you had was so good that you are now at risk of alienating your core users. I have stopped coming to your site because it's so terrible. I really hope you change it back

Top contacts list when writing an email
When composing an email on my Android tablet, I am presented with a list of top contacts above the Subject line. This is confusing for my husband, who is not very computer-literate; he often accidently selects, as the addressee, a wrong name from the list. He knows how to use auto-suggestions in the To box, so the top contents list is unnecessary. I would like an option to get rid of it. The issue does not occur on my laptop.

Later there was an issue with deletion of existing data globally which I observed on YouTube and internet websites. Every single person is prone to the above, 100%. Please, because you don't provide contact details to report your technical issues I have to write my problem with the account here. Your system doesn't want to accept my phone number which is (+682)81138 as it displays an error message all the time once I want to submit my change. Any phone number should be able to be put on my account I would guess.
