I have subscribed to yahoo pro app over a year ago but still have log in problems authorising my account. Useless

I can't even log into my mail account on my android mobile, let alone giving suggestions and ideas. I have subscribed to yahoo pro app over a year ago and still have persistent problems - I have to regularly reauthorise my account and now can't log in at all.THANK YOU VERY MUCH
