  4. Please stop putting those auto play videos on the news pages everywhere

    It wakes my entire family if it just starts playing without me knowing that it would, plus I am startled every time - you are going to give someone a heart attack! Also it uses extra bandwidth that I do NOT want to spend on videos that I do NOT choose to watch.

  9. Dear Yahoo, on my mail inbox, there is a "Vanish" advert keep opening popups for the amazon sites. Any help?

    Can you remove these popups (Vanish from Amazon in particular). They even look like virus attack. Very disturbing.

  10. Your search engine first web for canadian visa said it was charging 7 CDS but charged 99 US dollars. it hid the almost 93 US

    your search engine should give the first web page for the government site. For Canadian Visa it gave a site which said it would charge 7 Canadian dollars but charged $99. This web should be removed as I was charged $198 instead of 14 Canadian Dollars. Everyone please be aware of this web page which does not give the real amount charged.

  12. Improve? STOP THE VIDEOS in email! They are TERRIBLE!

    The auto-loading videos in email are horrible! So annoying, and they slow the whole site down. Make them optional to LOAD, not to have to opt out of every time I open my mail.

    Why oh why Yahoo do we need to confirm we want to clear our spam folder. Once we've clicked on the 'Empty the spam' folder icon please just empty it. We don't need to confirm this. Once is enough. Can you please get rid of this confirmation click box that asks us if we're sure. Of course we're sure other wise we wouldn't have clicked on the 'Empty the spam' icon. And it is only spam Yahoo. Nothing important. Just get rid of it once we ask you to. No need for another tick box.

    But recently it is apparent that the new format allows organised groups to silence individuals by a mass hitting of the abuse/complaints button. This particularly relevant during the many online debates re brexit and Ukip. This morning, 3 Mar, 2017, I posted the following:

    Yahoo would let people, say from us, keep us yahoo page and not force to see uk first, then do search to bring up usyahoo??? Used to click on union jack flag and then click on us flag....no more. Click usvand ukyahoo is it!! Like to see what stupidity going on at home and THEN switch to uk for their news. Yahoo sucks already....wait til verizon gets control of it.....

    I have just spent an age looking around your website for somewhere to report a phishing e-mail and have given up.
