  3. I want to be able to choose what I see, and which news outlets I get. Why can't I? The current setup just means I have stopped using Yahoo.

  7. Resolve the Change Password DNS error

    Your email is insecure. The option to change a users password results in a DNS error - every time it is used. I can send you a screenshot.

    I had to use a different link to change my password in the end as the primary link does not work. Please contact me to resolve before I share a review with TrustPilot.

  12. Stop publishing erroneous weather forecasts.

    On the one hand you tell us that the country is about to be hit with a snowbomb and today you tell us that we are going to see temperatures of 23C. Does that mean we are in for hot snow?

    I suppose if you publish these stories often enough you will eventually be correct.

  20. I do NOT like the way you have reorganised my emails

    I did not request a reorganisation of my emails for 'rogerj2010' and I do not like what you have done. It has caused me problems and after many years of being with Yahoo, before 2010, I am looking about for an alternative.
    I appreciate that you were trying to be helpful, but sadly it has achieved the opposite for me.
    Am I able to return to the old format or is it too late? The new format has created issues for me that were wholly unnecessary,
