  6. Please offer advice on how to enable password change when there is a continuous DNS server issue

    When users are alerted to yahoo e mail address and passwords being available to others, it is critical to change passwords asap. When logged on and seeking to change the password 48 hours of DNS server issues blocking this facility, this makes a worrying time much worse and you may lose customers. I am in this position now and it has not been resolved.

  8. Please solve the UNREAD mails sync problem

    Hello,
    I don't know why on my iphone all my emails are up to date, while on my desktop i have 1k unread emails, emails that i've already been through and already deleted/ solved etc.
    Please help me fix this bug and sync the PC mail to the iphone mail.

  10. Better proof reading of news articles, or an easier mechanism for readers to assist.

    Has the line "In our poll earlier this week, Yahoo News UK asked our readers: 'Should 10mph speed limits be introduced around schools and hospitals?' It received 1,901 votes and showed 76% of Yahoo readers disagreed, compared to 22% who said no, while 2% said they were undecided."

    It seems that 76+22 = 98% are against the idea?

    Thought the pie chart below is clear, the text is not and not everyone will be able to view the chart image.

    something with yahoo going on today, start typing and either get kicked out of the email or an advert pop up full screen.

    generally, the way it wraps up a thread of emails is very confusing as it seems to put the most recent email in the middle of the tread.

  13. Only allow proven organisations to advertise on your site. Report offenders to the police.

    On about 3 previous occasions I have clicked on ADS, that quickly turn into a series of messages on my screen saying my computer had been - taken over. The first time I quickly switched off my laptop, without closing it down first. Luckily this got rid of the problem and I did this subsequently.
    This needs to be looked into and stopped as people must be being caught out by this. The offending ads tend to be independent, sensational (to attract people to click on them).

  15. remove news

    I want to have the option of removing the news from my main yahoo website when I go to log into my email. I just went to go on my emails to apply for a job and the front headline of my news was about British boats being seized in French waters. This is not good for my mental health seeing headlines about Illegal Immigrants getting favouritised over British people all the time and is making me angry and distressed.

    So if there is the option of not having news all over my page, i would like to know how

  17. Don't include number of SPAM emails in balloon notification

    Please do not include the number of new SPAM emails in the little red balloon notification on the Yahoo homepage. It is very annoying to see the notification telling you that you have new emails to read, only to click on the 'Mail' icon to find that you don't have any new emails - only new SPAM emails. Please can this be changed. Thank you

    Please do not include the number of SPAM emails in the notification balloon for how many new emails i have in my Yahoo inbox. It is a tad annoying to see the little red box advising you that you have unread emails, so you click on your inbox, only to find there is nothing new in your inbox.

  19. Log-in problems

    I live in China and use a VPN for all my otherwise blocked sites - including Yahoo. The sign-in process on my laptop has become a total nightmare the last few days as a 'robot' continually requires me (a human) to prove I am not a robot. Tapping on hydrants, cars, bikes etc and knowing I am getting every single one correct I get told I have used too many attempts and 'come back tomorrow'. This is the most inefficient and time-consuming (for a human) system going. I have used others more efficiently. I have used Yahoo for 20+ years…
