But recently it is apparent that the new format allows organised groups to silence individuals by a mass hitting of the abuse/complaints button. This particularly relevant during the many online debates re brexit and Ukip. Yahoo would let people, say from us, keep us yahoo page and not force to see uk first, then do search to bring up usyahoo??? Used to click on union jack flag and then click on us flag....no more. As you are supposed to be security conscious you could make it easier to report Phishing e-mails.
I have just spent an age looking around your website for somewhere to report a phishing e-mail and have given up.
Put a button on your home page to click on to contact your security team.

Mend you Sign In system please. For several attempts I was told to sign in using my usual device even though 99% of any year I only use this
Don't have a feature on your system that forces your customers to use any particular device. Some people only have one and some people have several.

If you're going to have sponsored results, vet them!
So many of your ads are spam, and even scams! Yahoo should be ashamed of itself for promoting websites looking to rip off it's visitors. I don't recall seeing a single sponsored ad of any interest.

Log in and out
Your mail default is to keep signed in. That is a potential security risk. The default should always be to sign out on closing a window. I notice I am far from the first to make this comment. Most other sites follow this rule - you should too. Also, you have recently changed the log out to prompt for confirmation requiring an unnecessary additional click. Good design always keeps the number of clicks to a minimum. Yahoo should know better.
