Email account with your Email “Spark” company partner, in New Zealand
I have an Email account with your Email “Spark” company partner, and New Zealand internet provider, which is firstname.lastname@example.org. I understand this Email address is now managed fully by your Yahoo company. I also have an Email account with Yahoo directly which is email@example.com. As I do not wish to remain locked into Spark as my internet provider, because of their higher charges relative to other providers here in New Zealand; I wish now to have the Email address of firstname.lastname@example.org directly with Yahoo if that is possible. Or alternatively incoming mail to it “redirected” to my email@example.com Email account, with yahoo taking over the direct management of this firstname.lastname@example.org address. The reason for this is also that if I maintain the Email address, email@example.com with Spark whilst not having them as my internet provider they will charge me a ridiculous $240 per year for it.
The net result of this is that if the above cannot be carried out, is that I will move my Email account provider to Google of Outlook, which will be to the disadvantage of Yahoo overall. Plus I would notify others of this somewhat uncooperative approach by both Spark and Yahoo. This in turn will be a developing and growing financial lost to your company.
Hence I trust you will see merit in my proposal.
Also it should be noted that I did earlier reserve the Email address firstname.lastname@example.org with Spark in order to make my transition to Yahoo mail more logical and seamless some 2-3 years ago; however Spark have advised that they have taken if from me because of lack of use. It maybe that they have in fact put it aside for linking directly to the Yahoo service. Worth checking
