I hope that you can add a feature to "BLOCK DEVICE" for logging in to your account to avoid hacking of yahoo account. Someone already hack my account and I already change my password. But I am afraid that he/she might try to hack my account again.

Mobile number verification
When trying to change my mobile number, the pattern is: +63XXXXXXXXXX. But after clicking the next button, it is now showing +630XXXXXXXXXX. And I wasn't able to receive the verification code. Hope you can fix this.
After logging in, went to settings and checked my mobile number. It is now correct, and only then I was able to verify it.

Deleting my old account
9 years ago,I created my yahoo account through the help of my older cousin and i was a child back then and i don't know what they are doing with my account. I don't know much, as long as i have a account i don't mind everything about it. Now that iam matured i want to recover my account but I don't know the password and they also forgot it. There's no way that i can open my account so please allow us to delete our unrecovered accounts.

Hello Yahoo! Philippines. I know it is very challenging nowadays to have customers visit yahoo webpage. The main reason is that you should upgrade and consider user or customer experience.
The following are the things you should consider:
1. Do not give information all at once which the user does not need.
Ex. your webpage gives everything.
2. Be minimalist. That means the simpler the better.
Ex. minimal number of items in the webpage.
3. Be open to ideas, upgrades, innovations and reinnovations. From what it seems like, you fear CHANGE.
