You have quite a lot of good news feed but ironically you constantly keep the frivolous ones (eg on actors/actresses, sportmen/women, gossips) for a long time (sometimes for weeks) and important ones that impact on our lives (eg economic issues, politics, social issues & events, etc) so shortly. News should always be fresh and important ones should be given slightly more time to allow readers to catch it, to reflect upon and possibly comment on. Instead, Yahoo News Singapore practises the opposite approach and as a result, it appears as a trivial medium overall. Please review your approach. Thanks!

Yahoo editorial should write an article on Singapore Moneylenders n their behaviour. Dyed hair Tattoos Ah Bengs smoking at prohibited area. Does increased in these companies cause more troubles, suicides and unemployment? Their harassment is legal but no differences from the Ah Longs. Their interests are sky high. And since these uneducated bengs get a job because they can shout and do whatever they want. Why the next generation need to study so hard? Just be a Beng and work for Licensed Moneylenders.

Today you posted news about this local photographer who captures ordinary object to great photos. I don't have anything to against the guy. But at least but a proper description or introduction why Yahoo! thinks his photos are good, because if you just link his flickr to the headline its no use. I don't even understand why he was on the news or maybe he paid for it?

The photo was uploaded was Alex and his ex-wife, not Singapore Yvonne Lim. Its been 4 days since readers commented on it but nothing have been done. In the article (Chinese ship searching for missing Malaysia plane detects signal) the frequency of the pulse signal was described as 37.5 KHz per second.
