  1. Inbox viewing option is not easy to use

    Please give a viewing option for inbox. I don't like all emails with same titles being lumped together. I tend to delete old emails especially when the latest email has the trail. I can't work out how to delete old emails from the same email group. I have to use iphone to manage my inbox. Also sometimes, email may have the same titles but they are not related.

  2. The "New Look" Yahoo! is not working well for me. Not everyone have PC that have the processing power to keep loading and loading something

    When seeing the yahoo news , there is a white opaque band coming . It is blocking the news and doesn't look good. Can you help to keep as previous version.

  6. Please ensure that the character string box in the send-verify have something for user to type then verify and send.The box is empty

    Please check to ensure the character string box have something to display for user to type, then system verify and send out the mail. Whenever something new is implemented, please check and test to ensure things can be done smoothly. Just like the "send-verify" feature which is implemented but user cannot send out mails for weeks due to the blank box displayed and user cannot type for system to verify, thus it's so frustrating when all 'send' mails are held up due to this problem. Please check and rectify it immediately, thank you.
