You need better control over spammers using fake yahoo.com email addresses. Unless you fix this you are essentially spammers.
Since so many people use fake yahoo.com addresses for spam, it would be nice if there were a way to report this to yahoo. But apparently yahoo does not have a real feedback address. So by definition, Yahoo is a spammer. Yes?
