    The new mail platform sucks big time. Not user friendly, not intuitive and those new ads that appear on the top of my inbox are irritating and may be the straw that makes me go to google. As an ex-Yahoo, I must say, you guys are losing the plot! Even this feedback form is extremely non-intuitive! Aargghh!

  3. Yahoo will be right back issue for 2 weeks now

    I can no more use Mozilla to see Yahoo news, there is always a "yahoo will be right back " message on it, for the past 2 weeks.
    How to fix it?

  6. Why do u follow gmail's conversation kind of format

    if it continues lagging making it so slow? When I just Need to open AN IMPT message it says have error! Some require quick replies u know! The previous format was OK STOP COPYING OTHERS!

    Find the email is slow in loading after the makeover. Takes time to load the mail page not to mention trying to read individual mails. Please do something about this. Do not have any problems for other web based email sites, only yahoo

    Asking me to click on the icon "Click Below" to expand my Yahoo Mail's memory space.

    Yahoo connection is really slow lately, can you please advise? It seems like quite a fair bit of similar situation posted to you but no reply.
    Aren't you taking any action on this? Similarly, I had always love YAHOO! and it's really sad if I will have to switch to GOOGLES reluctantly.
    By the way, do you actually read feedbacks???? Otherwise it's wasting everyone's time.
