Please fix the "yahoo help specialist" redirect

I was trying to fix the messages that bounced after I accidentally clicked spam by mistake. Now my messages cannot receive, and now I need to contact Yahoo Help Specialist, but the problem is that the page keep redirecting back to page 1. Can somebody please help, now???

    I need to fix the accidential spam because many of my messages cannot be received at all. The only help is the contact Yahoo specialist.
