Messenger weather app and feedback are broken
Messenger weather app cannot find Cape Town in South Africa and its feedback page does not work either. Please do quality control or expect even less users of your service if nothing works.

Cannot get into my account and support is non-existent
You have changed my security question answer where I spent my honeymoon I cannot get into my account as you now require this password which you did not before there is no other way to verify oneself.
Don't just change something your clients or users can be adversely affected think!!!
