  2. How do I revert back to the OLD version of yahoo mail and keep it. I do not like the new one at all. Too complicated and not user friendly!!

    Give us option to select between OLD yahoo mail and the new one.

  11. A Helpline that actually works.

    My email was deactivated, I have tried to sign in again, but yahoo tells me the email cant be used. This is a business email that I am trying to build up again. so need the same email address.
    The yahoo help, does not help at all, even when I click that my problem is not on the list, it comes up with a whole lot of random nonsense that still does not come near my issue.
    How do I get back my email address that was deactived by you (yahoo)????????

    Please - can we switch back to the normal -good old simple Yahoo mail ? the new one is for the people on MARS!!!!!!!, can't get through it - inspite of using it for 14 years.
