7. Correos eliminados

   Hola... Hace aproximadamente 2 mese que no podía revisar el correo y el pasado viernes 3 cuando entré me sorprendía al ver que TODOS mis correos (recibidos, enviados, borradores) habían sido eliminados y solo tenía los contactos. Escribí a soporte y recibí como número de solicitud el 31195736. Después de eso no he tenido mas respuesta. Quisiera recuperar esos correos ya que no fui yo quien los borró. Saludos

12. Desearía saber la manera de recuperar mis correos desaparecidos y conocer con quién debo contactar para ello..

    Buenas tardes. Después de un largo tiempo he entrado en una de mis cuentas de correo que no usaba desde hacía tiempo por motivos personales y he encontrado que todos mis correos recibidos o enviados han desaparecido. No me ha pasado lo mismo con otras cuentas de Yahoo que sí utilizo para trabajar y correspondencia comercial. Desearía conocer la manera de recuperar los corrreos desaparecidos. Muchas gracias.

    No puedo recibir correos de Mercado Pago; ya revisé mis filtros, correos y dominios bloqueados, mi dirección de respuesta, etc, y sigo sin saber porqué están bloqueados. No hay manera de hablar con un agente de Yahoo en Mexico y no puedo suscribirme al soporte de Yahoo+ porque no está disponible en Mexico. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
