Siapa tahu dengan langsung d bantu oleh yahoo sendiri dengan cara mereset ulang tanpa menghapus akun, tetapi email saya tetap masalah saya bisa diatasi dan bisa saya masuk k akun email saya. Lupa kata sandi dan ID tidak dapat menolong saya. Password dan penguat akun(no hp) masih saya ingat dan simpan tetapi belum menolong saya. mohon bantuannya.

    Sudah tiga kali nih saya buat email Yahoo dalam satu minggu ini, namun tiap kali akan masuk malah diminta untuk membuat ID dan setiap saya klik lanjut malah email saya katanya mati dan diminta membuat yang baru. aneh banget nih yahoo, semakin lama emailnya semakin cepat rusak. emangnya saya harus buat email terus napa?

Dan sejak saat itu, akun saya tsb sdh tdk bisa menerima email apapun (walopun msh bisa mengirim email). Krn hacker telah mengubah nama akun saya menjadi d0naksh32@yahoo.com dan semua email di kotak keluar 1 tahun terakhir hilang semua dan semua data di contact list hilang. mohon tingkatkan keamanan yahoo. Trmkasih
