Dump Huffington Post
Hey Yahoo... have you noticed that I NEVER click on to a Huffington Post "story" I never will, either.
Dump Huff Post, Vox and Salon. All are nothing more than propaganda mouthpieces for the left wing nut jobs in the media.
I'm about to drop Yahoo and just use Google so you can't feed me your liberal spin.
Try getting real news instead of liberal propaganda
How many times do we have to tell you to let users FILTER huffingtonpoop? For the last TWO YEARS thousands of people have been telling you via these feedbacks WE WANT A WAY TO FILTER HUFFINGTONPOOP's left wing blogosphere from our NEWS feed. This garbage site is not news, it is a bunch of unemployed leftist millenials bloviating their stupidity from their mommy's house. HuffingtonPoop is a plage stain on human intelligence. WE WANT IT OFF OUR NEWS FEEDS. Let us FILTER it.
I do not like Ted Cruz at all, but I am tired of this Yahoo super-left-wing-hype-propaganda- garbage. I no longer click on any of the asinine headlines, but am forced to see them each day. I now spend more time using Google News. It is far more civilized, less tabloid, and not offensive. Please dump Huffpost, Salon, and any "news" provocateurs.
GOOD GAWD! You idiots at Yahoo corporate (starting with your revolting CEO) must really love the democrat party. What a bunch of leftists you guys are! We have been telling you OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again we want a way to FILTER "None Like This" for the sick, degenerate idiot website HuffingtonPoop. Why Yahoo, WHY wont you let users filter out this vile domain from our news feeds????
I click off Huffington post every chance I get.Cant stand anything from Huffington Post
Please dump any "news" stories from MSMBC...same old same old hacks trying to push their candidates and/or causes
Fox doesn't report the news, they intentional distort the facts and lie to the public. Please take them off of Yahoo.
Yahoo, at least try and appear that you are trying to show both sides of the issues. As of now you look like the internet media arm of the Huffington post and the DNC. I am done with your service. Going to Google.
Last year this suggestion was in the top 10 of Yahoo ideas ALL YEAR LONG. When I click "fewer like this" under a biased Huffingtonpost story, I have no option to select "HuffingtonPost" itself as a criteria for "none like this". HuffingtonPost is a left wing cesspool full of unemployed bloggers who sit at home spewing their pedantic lunacy. It isn't news, and I'm sick of it. You can summarize all of Huffpo in one single sentence "We hate conservatives, we love hillary and/or pocohontas warren." Yes I get it. Huffpo hates anyone who isn't a leftist democrat. Great. Now can I please censor that website on my yahoo homepage? Yahoo you have been told dozens and dozens of times by your users that we want the option to select "None like this" on domain names. Why wont you implement this? You can let your left wing users continue to enjoy their huffpo, and for those of us with IQ's over 100, we will also have the option to eliminate it from our news feeds. This would be a very very logical and easy implementation for your programmers. I cannot understand why you wont do this. Is it because your employees in California are barbara boxer voters and faithful democrats who are in bed with Huffington poo? When will you people at Yahoo start actually listening to your readership and make common sense decisions so that you do not force-feed us to read low intelligence blogs written by millenial 20 something unemployed degenerates who cannot afford even a car rant about how they adore democrats and hate republicans? It is so tiring.
The Huffington Post is so far left, and it's facts so inaccurate that it taints Yahoo to the point of making Yahoo irrelevant to the mainstream public.
Dump Vox, Center for American Progress and Huffington Post.
stop reposting Huffington Post on your site
Huffington Post needs to be removed from YAHOO.
no more huffington post, just far left propaganda. I am not a socialist, democrat or muslim. No more huffington post!
Please stop with the tabloid journalism . Let us opt out from any news source.
Dump Huffington Post
Stop bombarding your so-called "news" section with liberal propaganda garbage, or I will have no choice but to stop using Yahoo.
Actually screen the articles you post and stop falling for every transparent scam out there. Dentist in Eastern Europe removes all of her ex-boyfriend's teeth? Conservative restaurant patrons stiff lesbian on tip? Good grief you suck at validating sources! I've been looking for a more rational source of news for months now, but I keep coming back to your site because apparently I am drawn to the thrill of arguing with the less-derived.
Most Americans are not far left - there are other opinions - I am ready to stop using yahoo and switching my email elsewhere - I already have another email address
stop posting huffpo garbage
The links to the Huffington Post are not news but rather opinion essays discussing current issues with a definite leftward *****. I cannot find a way to block HP items. I also do not need multiple mentions of anything Kardashian. Those people are not relevant and never have been.
That site is outright trashy... I wouldn't click on their links if you paid me
too much Huffington
If I can block certain subjects, why can't I block the SOURCE- Huffington Post, instead. I would like to read real articles about stores, for actual newspapers or other reliable news sources. You know, stuff that has facts, truth and not flaky opinions.
Yahoo drop Vox there nothing but propaganda.
Use some discretion in choosing stories. VOX and Huffington sensationalize way too much!
The Huffington Post is a liberal rag, not a valid news outlet. I do not want to see any of their drivel in my news feed. It is propaganda and it disgusts me. There should be an option of removing "news" outlets from the feed, just as there are options for removing types of articles.
Yahoo used to report news. Now Yahoo is Athiest, ********** propaganda 24/7/365. Huffington post??? really?? You sicken me Yahoo
If you MUST post these links, the least you could do is honor my requests (when I use the 'X') to delete them!
Is there a way to remove the Huffington post from my news feed? They are really not a new organization so I would like to remove them.
Huff Post employes kids who are not reporting the news, but sensationalizing it for the ratings.
Promulgates racism and disgustingly bias articles. You should be ashamed of giving them fame by associating and, thus, condoning what they have to say
After seeing the "news" about Kim K's full frontal, I am contemplating switching to a new email provider so I don't have to see such trash! The "news" stories at the top of Yahoo homepage are losing their credibility because so many of them now are comparable to tabloid news. I mainly want to get to my email but do click on legitimate news stories from time to time as I do not have television. I don't want to see trash. I have used yahoo for a long time but am concerned about the direction yahoo is taking.
An option to block content from leftist propaganda sites would be great.
Can you please find a different source for news than the Huffington Post!! They are one of the most anti-conservative rags in existence. The next thing you’re going to start running articles from the Daily Cos!! Enough already, we get that your liberal!!!
They are the worst, one sided stories you could find anywhere. I'm going to quit using Yahoo becuase there is so much complete nonsense from Huffington Post. Please stop posting their NON news story op-eds. Thank you
I am tired of seeing Huffpo stories on my homepage. They are usually opinion pieces that are so obviously extremely slanted to be leftist and cow-towing to barack Obama it makes my stomach churn. I *DO* want "more like this" when it comes to politics, but I want "none like this" when it comes to the cesspool junk site "huffingtonpost". How can I do this?
Yahoo News article preferences. You must allow users to disallow anything from the hateful bigoted nazi site huffington post.
You should have less (no) articles from the "extreme" left, one sided Huffington post.
The Huffington post is a TERRIBLE source of "news"
You need to remove Huffington post articles from your news feed. They come across as being "actual" news, and in reality, it is simply Op Ed pieces, but that is not conveyed via Yahoo, and every editorial is far left, and usually derogatory in nature. In fact, one article featured by Yahoo was an op ed piece by a High School student about the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court Decision. I will cease to use Yahoo.
Why can't we choose to block a source of news rather than just the subject? I don't want to see diarrhea from the likes of Huffington Post, LA Times, or Atlantic Wire. Why can't we customize this? Why must we be forced to see this ******* leftist tripe?
Huffington Post is a blog and is not news though Yahoo is currently portraying it as news . Get rid of it from the news sections and put in the opinions / editorial section where it belongs .
On top of the email not working, you print trash from a rag magazine like the Huffington Post. It's such a sleazy source.
There are numerous posts and articles by the Huffington Post which is a proven left-leaning site. How about more balance with articles that are middle and slightly right.
I agree with those below. Either get rid of the far left media sites, or give more attention to conservative media sites. You only have to review your Yahoo comments section to see who your audience is. It's not people wanting to read the views of Huffington Post, Bloomberg, Daily Beast, Atlantic Wire, Motley Fool, etc. which only ever support far left wing agenda. Fair is fair and letting people make their own opinions based upon reliable and accurate journalism is what responsible news reporting use to be about, and should be again.
I quit AOL to get away from Huffington Post. I would never actually click on the story, as I usually already know it, but I scan down the headlines, and just trying to decipher the spin and figuring out which story they are mangling, puts me in a bad mood for a while. I would enjoy your homepage more without it.
You offer ways to decrease news about different topics, without including the option to eliminate the source. I don't care for Bloomberg nor do I care to read anything from his yellow rag news service. Basically I feel the same about Huffington Post.
I am dropping Yahoo News as my homepage and will not read it any more because of your Huffington Post news stories. It is very cheap and lowbrow to display the Huffington Post in such a way as to make it look like unbiased news. It is nothing more than leftwing propaganda. I expected better from Yahoo.
Why does Yahoo have a Huffington Post feed in their Yahoo News? That is nothing but left wing propaganda
Drop the Prop!
eliminate the huffington post
No more Huff post articles! If I wanted to read that partisan rag I would go there.
So sick of partisan BS stories from Huffington Post, Motley FOOL, and Business Insider......can you folks get any worse? Business Insider has nothing to do with business...more like BS. Take your tin foil caps off and list stories, not opinions. You are running people OFF.....
Very biased liberal paper. I don't consider this "news".
Roger Braun commented
Salon and Vox, too. You post more of their stories than any other.
Great Idea! Consider yourself an inspiration. I'm pledging to do the same. Goodbye Huffington Post.
Agree!!!! Dump Huffington Post nut jobs!
The stories from the Left are nothing but propaganda.
Ignoring #3 comment so you can keep posting liberal trash ideology. Is Mayer this dumb? obviously
Huff Post is nothing more than leftwing propaganda. And enough with the LBGT and racism stories that seem to be the mainstay of daily content on yahoo. I get tired of seeing this disinformation on a daily basis. Will find another source for real news as yahoo is doing nothing more than pushing a liberal agenda.
paul barreca commented
Yup, I'm done with Yahoo now.
So what the ****? It was ranked third and you closed it? So......do you respond to all your readers the same way? You are pathetic, Yahoo. You don't like something so your version of freedom of thought is to just close it. You need to pull your head out of your A** for just a few minutes each day to get some oxygen. It appears that facts are about as important to you as facts are to the Huffington Post.
I think I am about to be completed with Yahoo, since they continue to push far left...
I think this was only ranked third is because dumping the real stupid housewives and the Duggar baby machine were ranked even worse! That leaves me to wonder where the Kardashians and the royal family ranks, as they are also purely rubbish...
Reed Hubbard commented
So it appears Yahoo is giving me and a lot of other readers a metaphorical middle finger. I see no resolution, just that it was closed. Is that you hate your readers, or just don't give a **** about them, Yahoo?
why did you close this, Yahoo? It was 3rd Ranked. Does this mean you are finally getting rid of Huffington Post!?!
This was the 3rd ranked? yahoo must have closed this to try and hide how many people think Huffington Post is trash.
I NEVER SUPPORTED THIS IDEA SO HOW DID THIS HAPPEN THAT I VOTED FOR THIS? However, I don't like Huffington Post, they are so anti-Semitic it's sickening so if I could vote VOLUNTARILY to dump them I would.
The same with Salon.com. At least TRY to look objective!
I never supported this. Why is my name being used without my permission? When and how did you get a message with my name on it?. I would like to dump the Daily Caller, Fox News and other neo-con billionaire financed propaganda posing as factual.
You say it is closed. Is Huff Post going to continue to be your main source?
I never wanted to dump Huffington post?!?!? Where did that come from??? If anything I wanted MORE of them and a whole lot less of FOX anything. Also your Answers site has interesting thing to maybe view but they way it is set up is a joke. How may ads and other things all with arrows do you have tro add to the page to junk up what might have been a good thing? Again anything from Huffington is welcome. Anything from FOX or WSJ is not. They are the real fake news source.
