Hi, please let us know how we can improve Groups further.

Based on your comments it seems that no matter how many complaints you get....

You are pretty much saying that no matter how many complaints you get, no matter how many of us tell you that your product is unusable in it's present form, and no matter how many group users leave for other social platforms, that you are still sticking with this untested mess.If you had done some beta testing and fixed most of the problems before you rolled it out, we might be more understanding, but you didn't. Every time you comment about how something has been fixed, even though it hasn't been, or how you refuse to go back to the product that worked, for no reason other than stubbornness that I can see, you lose more of us. If you are tired of groups and want us gone, just tell us now and we can leave without continuing to be frustrated by you lack of concern for our valid complaints.

        How can they ignore thousands of feedback messages? What business stays in business while ticking off every customer with a complaint?

        Reviewed and ignored again. The sheer arrogance of the neo management at Yapoo is breathtaking. Good management would respond positively to its customers but sadly these days the sh1t rises to the top.

        Hello,

        thousands french (and many other thousands other accentuated characters
        languages) groups are in big trouble since NEO. A bad character encoding
        is affecting the databases of our groups: all tables are impacted: users
        ones .. and Yahoo ones. Archived messages are corrupted. Whatever the
        format members are using, for sending or receiving, txt or html, from or
        to any of the main client mail program (apple, pc, linux, android ..) or
        main French webmail, messages are translated in html miss encoded as soon
        they are delivered to the moderator interface. As we're not any more able
        to edit multi-parts messages (tx / html) nor the source of the message, we
        are not able to delete html parts of the message, and deliver it to
        members in text only. Messages are completely messed when members try to
        read them. And the encoding problem grows each time a message is replied:
        bad encoding is encoded again !!

        Well said, Karen. Unfortunately, that foolish woman at the top is incapable of admitting she is wrong. She will run Yahoo into the ground then move on with a massive payoff to her next victim. That is how people like her work.
