  1. Please Please Please let me disable the "often included" feature

    The "often included" tab is a recipe for disaster. This new feature seems to have popped up today and I can't disable it. Some emails that I send are confidential and may be legally privileged. I don't want to accidentally include an unintended recipient merely because I have sometimes included that recipient on another message.

    A few annoyances have crept into your product over the last year or so, including the mandatory integration with Dropbox and Facebook, but this "often included" feature is a dealbreaker and will drive me to another email service if I can't disable it. Please advise.

      It is very annoying to have to almost completely scroll through and email again to get to were it was cut off. On the Desktop site this is completely unnecessary.

      • I'm frustrated with the signature page. I have my own business and it doesn't allow me to have logo, name and website w/o an error message

        I want to be able to import my logo, add my business name and contact info as well as my company website...seems like a simple, yet impossible request?!?!?!?

        • "Add to Contacts" option not being shown always in Contact Card

          After I send a mail to abc@def.com (for the first time), I go to 'Sent Items' and mouse over abc@def.com to add them to my contacts with their actual name.

          But I see only two options shown when I mouse over the '...' -
          1. Copy email address
          2. Copy all details

          There is no 'Add to Contacts' or 'Edit Contact' option shown.

          Please fix this.

          • if yahoo mail temporary errors happen so frequently and persistent for years, shouldn't you guys rename them to "common errors"?

            obviously Yahoo technicians just don't know how to fix these so called "temporary errors" which by all means are not temporary, they are persistent for years and they happen so frequently to tons of users, but the worst part is there is really no easy fix. To Wait a few minutes or hours before retry will not solve the issue, clear the cache, close the browser and reopen, no, it's not working either. The only realistic solution left for users is to pray for a miracle and that won't be instant either, we have to wait till TOMORROW or NEXT…

            • inbox count discrpancy

              when a new email arrives, the browser-tab i'm on shows the new email (1 unread) and so does the browser title, but the email is not yet in my inbox. refreshing the inbox - inside yahoo mail, clicking 'Inbox' - does not get the new email; refreshing the entire page does.

              • Please fix the "We've encountered a problem, please retry" error on instant messaging through Inbox. It happens SEVERAL times a day!

                It seems like it fixable, but it just hasn't been fixed. It's very annoying when youre trying to have a instant messaging sesion and you have to stop and retype when you already typed several times.

                    i have created a filter and all those mails should go to new folder
                    but after creating filter still all those mails are there in the inbox.
                    i have then moved all those mails to desired folder.

                    please look into this and help me

On Andoide - it appears you have no Internet connection - yeah so I have an Internet connection for the inbox but not a subfolder. This broke about three days ago. Please fix it.

                          Select spam messages to delete, it will ask for "Ok" or "Cancel". The button icons are very bad. They should be sleek and smooth as far as the design is considered.

                            Too twitchy, when I open Yahoo it moves me to compose and back and forth back to compose, very annoying. In iPad after you read the email it persists in saying you have new mail and only will leave if you delete the email. Also very annoying.

                            • Why am I no longer receiving emails?

                              My e-mail is officially broken, any mails my friends send to me, it never shows up in my inbox, this has happened since mid-2014 and refreshing the inbox isn't helping.

                                • Using search and deleting old files. Can't multi-select and delete files.

                                  Doing a search, using multi-select and then trying to delete the files, I get a buggy pop-up that has the word "Delete" on it, an empty rectangle, and a "Cancel" button. I then tried to delete individual emails, and app completely ignores request. Just upgraded to "latest" Yahoo web app. Buggiest web site I have ever seen!

                                    • Please stop marking mail that should go through rules as spam.

                                      For the past couple of weeks, mail that should go through the mail rule system into a specific mail folder has instead been randomly going into the spam folder. I do receive a lot of mail from the address in question, and it may look like spam, but it is not, and the mail rule should take priority over the spam filter.

                                      • Allow me to filter emails to my existing sub-folders

                                        Yahoo Mail is not recognizing sub-folders in the Rule Creation Process. Currently I can not generate a new filter to any box other than inbox or Trash or a Brand New folder. I don't need new folders I want to use the folders I have already set up.

                                          Why does my business email, when replying, attach my personal email? They are COMPLETELY different and very frustrating when I don't want business people emailing my private email! This needs to be fixed QUICK. Also, why is there no PHONE NUMBER we can call to actually talk to somebody? I've been using yahoo for over 5 years and never had this issue until now. This needs to be fixed! It'd be nice to actually talk to somebody.
