Where did the"mood" images, faces go? I always use them. Also the types of font with color?
Although the improvements are okay what is lacking--font, color, mood faces, are missed. Size of font has decreased and printing option is not easily seen.

Narrow the side ad again and lose the purple-colored one at the top.
I'd actually like to be able to see emails, rather then have them covered or scrunched up (and the flashing/animated ones have to go--very ******* the eyes), and if I get a virus or malware on my computer because I accidentally clicked on the purple one, there will be trouble.
I understand you need ads for the revenue but this is getting ridiculous. (and I wouldn't pay $50 for the "privilege" of no ads, especially considering the feedback I've seen here. They pay and they pay and yet there are still ads)

My outlook will not connect to yahoo server to send and receive . Also, to check my mail on Yahoo mail sever, I have to Verify every time I try to log on.

Ads
You charge company's to put Ads on, then you bombard us with those Ads and then you charge us for taking the Ads off but not entirely because we still see some Ads.....you act like your doing us a favor but what you forget is that we didn't ask for the Ads to begin with! Really....NOT in my world! I'll stick with Classic and that way I don't have to deal with STUPID which is most Advertising now a days!

Has the trash automated lmit in time to store emails? It seems to me after one week the trash is empted?

everyday every time I try to log on I get an error message ref. technical difficulties and I have to try two to three times to get my mail. over a month now ! can you get this right?

if I click spam and deleted them,why do the same spam mail reappear days later.
if I deleted spam,it should mean,never see come thru my email "permantely"..I'm tired of receiving "exoctic/****** adv "spams". I guess I must contact CNN/MSBC/.Yahoo needs some fine tunning in regards to "PREFERENCES".

You modified the ability to "move" emails to a folder and you greatly over complicated the process. It was NOT an improvement.

The moving ads on the sides causes the email to freeze intermittently. This makes composing emails extremely difficult!
Get rid of the moving ads on the sides which cause the email site to freeze intermittently. Among other things, this makes composing emails extremely difficult! When I am trying to type an email, the keyboard freezes every time each ad loads. It takes forever to finally type a single word. Horrible!

missing email
I am unable to see any of my emails in any of my folders. The message that is displayed is "There was a problem! Are we missing something here? You don't appear to have a folder with this name."
