Did a mail search using word 'boys' as birthdays are in email...amd a **** ad for child *********** came up at top of inbox. I tried to delete and it kept redirecting to page. What is wrong with you!!!

DELETE button, bad location
DELETE button should not be the first button shown before REPLY when I am reading an email. I am deleting them by mistake.

everyday every time I try to log on I get an error message ref. technical difficulties and I have to try two to three times to get my mail. over a month now ! can you get this right?

The moving ads on the sides causes the email to freeze intermittently. This makes composing emails extremely difficult!
Get rid of the moving ads on the sides which cause the email site to freeze intermittently. Among other things, this makes composing emails extremely difficult! When I am trying to type an email, the keyboard freezes every time each ad loads. It takes forever to finally type a single word. Horrible!

i have memory loss...i am on disability with it...i cannot remember HOW to use this process you have changed to...i HATE it . put me BACK!!!
PUT the OLD system BACK and STOP MESSING with what WORKS!!! if we want to change our password we will change it. if we don't want to...leave that up to us...but, get rid of this bull-**** new system that you have in place, now!!!
