  1. I am having a problem logging into my account. Every time I try to log in, it says the password is invalid.

    Fix your login. Every time I have to login to my account, it says the password is invalid. I keep resetting the password, but when I try to login with it, it won't work.

  2. Many times when I sign in my email : drivekyle43@yahoo.com , I should start from the beginning , Why give me hard time such as yahoo account

    Many times I start from the beginning such as your number :837-401 YRWMBCAQ ,VXRMNMGQ , I always complete the same procedures to get in my email ? why ? let me know , my FACEBOOK was hacked , the hacker erased all my information and now my yahoo account too ? ? please give me an answer ?

  4. Why do i have to get a code sent to my phone each time I want to login to my account. It is very time consuming and beyond frustrating!!!!

    I don't want to have go thru putting a code in and then have another code sent to my phone to login EVERYTIME I want to access my account!!!! THIS NEEDDS TO STOP!!!!

  5. Customer Support Phone #'s to speak to a real tech support person

    There are no phone #'s that are available or an email address that I can find to speak to a real person about a problem I have. Yahoo , you should all be ashamed of yourselves for such ****** customer service to your users. There is no excuse for this! I have a real problem that I need taken care of and am unable to talk to anyone due to your ****** customer service. If there is anyone from yahoo that reads this please email me so I can take care of this problem.

  6. The new procedure to send a 'code' to my 'alternate email account' is problematic. Can't see it! Signing in to another one. Stupid!

    I cannot see the 'code' you sent to my alternate email when I am in the middle of signing in to another one. This is silly! I used my password and that should be enough!

  8. SMTP Logins constantly fail with Thunderbird

    Dear supporters, i face issues every now and then (very frequent actually) sending emails via Thunderbird on OSX, while receiving emails in the same session never fails. Error message always indicate login issues. But logging in to web UI and sending from there then always succeeds. Is there anything i can do about it via my configuration?

    its absolutely ridiculous for the sign in soooo many steps how can anyone hack in it would drive them crazy before they could even get in the first place let alone have enough sanity to have anyone's password ------ this sucks.... NOW for this suggestion you need an email address when we are logged in again ridiculous we are already in the account why cant it just come over you make us jump through hoops

  13. Getting tired of being forced to change my password. I had a very secure password and now i was forced to change it and wont let me use one

    Let me choose when to change it stop the force changing. I want to be able to change back to my password after being forced to change it. now fix it so i can use my old password.

  16. When I travel to Thailand (3 times per year) I use my AOL account to get your confirmation mail. Now AOL is doing the same thing. I cannot

    I have a premium account with Yahoo. I travel to Thailand 3 times per year. On every trip I am required to confirm by getting an email at AOL. Now AOL is doing the same thing. I spend over 13 weeks per year in Thailand and cannot login.

  20. log in and password should be on the same screen

    I notice the last few days when I log in to yahoo im entering my SN on my screen and my PW on another. it doesn't even let me know im logged in its like I have to go to the drop down look for yahoo and click the link to open my Home page. WHY?
