All of a sudden I do not have the capability of font options--size & type of font, font color, and all other editing tools that were once offered. What the **** happened? Please give me back the old--and better--email!!!!!

Please. My computer did a blanket, uninvited update (Windows 10). Now I have a version of Yahoo mail that no longer allows me to edit comprehensive fields as it once did in contacts. In fact I cannot even see the fields since the information has a CVS-type configuration. Please get me back to where I was a couple of days ago. This is most unsatisfactory.

I hate this new version of my emails. How can I reverse it back the way it was? I have tried my best to change it back and at no avail. Someone needs to listen to these comments and how everyone is very dissatisfied with the new version. This new version really stinks. Please stop changing things when we have no input. Change it back please.

The worst update in the history of updates. You can't select multiple attachments at once. The mail search no longer produces suggestions as you type. new font sucks, leaving page and returning to mail for every email you send sucks.
Searching emails now is horrible. Typing in email address produces the strangest suggested email below, not the ones you consistently use which was so easy. Change back NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

Yahoo makes the 'basic' email so primitive and cumbersome because they're trying to get everyone to switch to the 'newest' email. I had it for a while but got sick of seeing 'My Games' listed when I don't play any games. How the **** can I have 'My Games' when I don't play any games.
And now, I've noticed that when you try to read a news article from the main Yahoo page, you have to click twice - once takes you to a page that has the same blurb as on the main page, and then you have to click Read More, which takes you to the actual article. That's an attempt to increase their clicks. I've dumped Yahoo as my home page and only use the mail. And the only reason I haven't dumped that is that I've got 13+ years of saved email that I don't care to forward to another email service. Not to mention trying to get all my contacts to change the address they have for me.

Please stop changing the format. I want the old version back. When I forward an email with a link, the link is not available anymore...Please, Please...We are so busy to start learning new formats...Why did you changed it?

can someone please tell me why the appearance of my email just completely changed without my doing anyhting to instigate it, and how can i switch things back? the "gear" icon is now gone! PLEASE HELP!!

Why can't you big companies leave people use what they feel comfortable with instead of always changing things without letting us the consumer decide what we want and feel comfortable with. Quit changing everything.

People, almost all websites are trying to force you to use something you may not want to use. But the biggest one is they all want you using apps on your phone. Why, they then get your cell number whether you want to give it out or not. This latest "basic" mail is BS. This is like going back to my first computer in 1998. Yahoo - home of the backgrades!

I want the old version of Yahoo back!! This new format is the worst I have ever seen.
Very confusing, and frustrating. I am 72 years old, and have no patience to learn something that is so difficult when there was nothing wrong with what we had. And much easier.

My email was working just fine until a week age. What happened to it? Why don’t people leave things alone, when there working so great.
I know there’s always someone that thinks they have a better idea, but who ever came up with this new email program should re-think it. -

My email account has been totally dismantled. I can no longer send my mail to all my friends by just typing friends and selecting all the friends I have in my family&friends contacts. What happened and how can I get my old yahoo account back?
