Yahoo has updated their email and changed my email address without my permission. I hate this. Go back to the way it was. I lost all my contacts and folders I had previously.

This new Yahoo mail is awful
This new yahoo mail is horrible. I do not like that there was no notification. Some e-mails I had not read yet. Now they are lost. I am not happy. Please give me back the old yahoo mail.

How can I switch back to the old format. The new UI is horrible. If I can't get the Old format back I will be dropping my account. I feel like I'm back in the 80's before anyone knew how to develop properly. I've lost useful features, being able to see everyone in the To box when composing and gained nothing new.

FIRST - I didn't change to this current version.
SECOND - It has been a HEADACHE since day 1 !!!!!!!
Now I can't see my inbox, the only thing I can do is "Compose" an email.
WHEN SOMETHING ISN'T BROKEN WHY "FIX IT".
I've been a user of Yahoo for years and you SUCK NOW!!!!! -

Not Happy With Yahoo commented
New version is just bad. Serious lag time, extremely hard to navigate comfortably on a laptop, or desktop for that matter. I used to love Yahoo Mail, now the support sucks, you get zero assistance other than forum type. Feedback does nothing but go away while they ignore your pleas for change. Do they WANT me to kill my account of about 20 years? I sure as **** can if they keep this up for just a while longer. I changed back to "old" email via settings, thinking how happier I would be. Now I notice that they have taken away basic functions in that version like sort by Unread. It's all just a gimmick to make me think the newer version is what I really want. Just shameful. No wonder they keep scrambling with a new CEO every other season. Yahoo Mail is what put you on the block! Once Yahoo Mail is useless to me, then I leave Yahoo Fantasy leagues, groups, you name it. Seems like this is what they really want me to do.

I had to wait for over a minute for the most recent version of Yahoo Mail. When i responded to the prompt to go back to a previous version it was still not the original basic version and is not much faster loading the most basic functions. PLEASE, IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET BACK TO BASIC MAIL? Thanks, in advance, for helping get to a version that actually will work for me!

I don't like the basic email and want to go back to the original email set up. I am not willing to change to your suggested browsers, I am happy with the browser I have. If your new email system won't work alongside my existing browser then I will change to a different email provider.
