WE DO NOT WANT TO BE "REMINDED" BECAUSE WE ARE NOT IDIOTS!!!! We have CHOSEN NOT to furnish you with a "Mandatory Phone Number" because we NEVER want to recieve texts from you and it is an invasion of our PRIVACY. No wonder you have had such trouble offloading your company onto a new buyer... YOU don't listen to your customers!
I absolutely agree!! You are NOT getting my phone number and I am not changing my password on your whim. Some people don't even have cel-phones (like my mom) and people like that should not have to run through extra steps to check their email because of this! Knock it off already!
I agree. I don't want to change my password right now, and I don't want to continuously receive the prompt to do so. It simply annoys me and takes extra steps to login.
Quit asking me to update Password or phone number.
