Make it work
I switched back to basic after the "full featured" version slowed to a crawl. Now the same thing is happening to basic. Have been with yahoo mail since it first began. So congratulations on finally getting to change my account to an email server that does not make me wait 5 minutes to type every letter. And if you think I would ever pay for ad free just to have the same thing happen you are out of your mind.

missing emails
hello, any email I send to myself - in bcc or copy does not come into my inbox or any other folder. whats up ???

I am not receiving my emails at the time they are sent. Many don't come into my mail box for atleast 30 minutes or the next day
Where are the emails redirecting to and from before dropping into my email. Perhaps if they came directly to me the service would be alot faster. I bid on emails that are time sensative within 5 minutes. Sometimes they dont even come through for 30 minutes or 24 hours from the time sent. i am usually on the phone with the individual sending them at the time. Unfortunately I have been told numerous times to switch to GMAIL because of this issues. My competitors are switching and getting bids awarded before I even have a chance to see the bids…

get rid of the annoying Bell icon on yahoo home page
please remove or give us a way to hide or remove the annoying bell Icon on home page that keep having a red dot with 1 in it trying to get us to add something it is very ANNOYING and some of us don't wish to add **** to home page to have it load even slower.

Now I know why Yahoo is losing money. What a joke you have become.
I am sick and tired of having to confirm on my phone that I am logging in on my computer. Why should I have to do this every single time? Every time you try to make mail better you make it MUCH worse. I have to use basic because the other is a JOKE. I am in the process of changing everything to another email account. Once completed I will just cancel this account if company can't get their act together.

Don't automatically mark my emails as read until I ACTUALLY read them.
Emails should not be marked as read until they are ACTUALLY read. Every time I open my inbox, every new email shows as read and it makes it difficult to truly see what is new and what is old.

a mass delete option for the inbox; it can be like googles hit select all twice it ask are you sure, you say yes it selects all e-mails and you can delete them all

Somehow, after I had cleared my cookies etc, I got a version of Yahoo! email that asked me to verify myself EVERY time I logged in! Stink!
The "Previous" and "Next" buttons are often dimmed (& unavailable). It just randomly seems to happen. Whichever way it comes up in a mailbox (inbox, sent, trash, . . .) it stays that way until I go to another mailbox.

OMG. Yahoo sold out. And to one of the worst companies ever.
The long winded tos does not even MENTION will our email stay the same? Will there be support at all? Yahoo had some. Verizon I had for our phone and they were HORRIBLE!!!!!! I sure hope maybe they learned not to treat customers like garbage. But considering we are free users, I don't see any hope here. Gees, I hate moving everything to a new email. Stop the verification account key on "EVERY" sign in. The box is "NOT" checked......
Remove the "Key" for every sign in. Also uncheck the box as default for "keep me signed in" The box in setup is not checked for two step varification so why require a "KEY" evertime...
