  6. I am having a problem logging into my account. Every time I try to log in, it says the password is invalid.

    Fix your login. Every time I have to login to my account, it says the password is invalid. I keep resetting the password, but when I try to login with it, it won't work.

    Many times I start from the beginning such as your number :837-401 YRWMBCAQ ,VXRMNMGQ , I always complete the same procedures to get in my email ? why ? let me know , my FACEBOOK was hacked , the hacker erased all my information and now my yahoo account too ? ? please give me an answer ?

  11. Why do i have to get a code sent to my phone each time I want to login to my account. It is very time consuming and beyond frustrating!!!!

    I don't want to have go thru putting a code in and then have another code sent to my phone to login EVERYTIME I want to access my account!!!! THIS NEEDDS TO STOP!!!!

  12. Customer Support Phone #'s to speak to a real tech support person

    There are no phone #'s that are available or an email address that I can find to speak to a real person about a problem I have. Yahoo , you should all be ashamed of yourselves for such ****** customer service to your users. There is no excuse for this! I have a real problem that I need taken care of and am unable to talk to anyone due to your ****** customer service. If there is anyone from yahoo that reads this please email me so I can take care of this problem.

  13. The new procedure to send a 'code' to my 'alternate email account' is problematic. Can't see it! Signing in to another one. Stupid!

    I cannot see the 'code' you sent to my alternate email when I am in the middle of signing in to another one. This is silly! I used my password and that should be enough!
