Return message preview - right-click
Up unitl this new POS version one could right click on the message notice in the Inbox and see the message headers and content. Not any more. Thanks for lowering security and making our computers more vulnerable. Blithering buggers.

What the **** happened to my AT&T emails? My account is gone!!!! I cannot access it via the Yahoo emails (which just shows yahoo emails, but not my att emails). When I go to my AT&T account it puts me back into the yahoo emails. Where the **** is my AT&T account!!!! I had it for years until yesterday. What did you guys do!!!??? I cannot get to a person here but am caught in a stupid selection ****

It's **** to have to deal with another NEW interface. Leave it to **** alone!
Vote with your feet. It may be a pain to switch addresses with your contacts, but it's the only way Yahoo will get the message that we're sick of their tech department playing with the interface to keep themselves from getting bored. Switch to another mail provider.

Now I really am going to find another email system. This is worthless. You can't do anything with this junk like you could with the old system. It's a real shame because I've had yahoo mail for a really long time. I'll take all of my emails somewhere else. I'm tired of fighting this. This "new" system is a BIG step backwards.

Where are settings in the new mail?! Also, your chat assistant is useless.
I want to change how the new mail (which I do not like) is viewed. I want to see the split screen with my inbox list at the top and the email open below. But I can't even find the settings option or any way to change how things are viewed. I tried the live chat option to ask for help and was immediately told they can't help (they were "responding" before I even finished typing) and tried to sell me the new pay version. It is clearly a robot and not a helpful one, at that. LEAVE THE OLD…

tab metaphor was reason to use yahoo mail
"new" basic mail is a reason to leave yahoo mail
the tab metaphor to have multiple messages open at the same time was a key reason to use yahoo mail.
The next message and previous message buttons are greyed out in win 7 ie11 and or missing entirely.

Arrow Keys to go to the Next or Previous Email
In the new email, which is horrible, when you do a search and pull up emails, you can't just use the arrow keys to go to the next or previous email in the search. You have to go back out to the search list and click on the next or previous email. TAKES FOREVER and I don't have that kind of time when I'm trying to get work done.
