get a real customer service center so we can talk to somone about our problems. We don't all have cell phones to get text messages so our numbers are landlines.
I've tried talking to support. The agents are usually very nice -- they just can't do anything or, apparently, get engineers on the back end to do anything except perhaps claim to have addressed your (that is, my) issues and close your case.
They also issue email messages that send you in an endless loop of lack of support. Here's an example:
Please raise a new case
Yahoo Acknowledger <email@example.com>

We've closed your case as we believe we've fully addressed it.
