Make it possible to contact someone when all else fails. Help is no help
When help is not help, and does not address the issue, there needs to be a way to contact Yahoo for help. This feedback does not work.
My iPad is showing a different, incorrect, and impossible to edit home page on my.yahoo. Got it fixed on iPhone & iMac after I was forced to make a password change. The iPad does not recognize my new password
NONE of your "help" solutions work!
WHERE ARE MY CONTACTS? A list from TWO YEARS AGO WILL NOT HELP ME!!!

It is hard to believe that such a major player in the email market cannot provide a phone number for Customer Service. At times, there is no way to resolve an issue without the ability to talk to someone. Unbelievable that Yahoo does not seem to understand the importance of Customer Service.
contact me i loose my password my new cell number 009230083338446 previous 00447417421271
Jill, I figured out how to delete the content you don't want on your My Yahoo page (not that they provided an obvious way to do that, like being able to 'un-check' options when you are adding new ones).
You have to go to your 'My Yahoo' page and scroll around with your mouse to the bottom, right-hand corner of the offending widget. If you roll over the bottom-right-hand corner, a little 'gear' thing will show up (normally it's hidden; they make you work for it). When you see the gear thing appear, click on it and it ill offer you the option to remove stuff you don't want.
It will NOT let you remove the unwanted ad, however.

HOW do you contact these MORONS at yahoo ??????? or do they infact exist. Personally I dont believe they do
Customer care is a joke! You have to go to a website that can not help you and there is no one to call. Guess I will have to start looking for a new email somewhere else.

If Yahoo weren't choked with all the useless "extras" (Do you really think I want to get my news from Yahoo? Not exactly a 'trusted source.'), then I could navigate the site for myself and get the answers I need that you are clearly unwilling to provide. If you're not going to provide help, don't provide 'help' and 'feedback' links. Believe it or not, "the run-around" is an old technique. We were all plenty tired of it a long time ago.
I don't want all the "extras" showing up. It just started today. I want My Finance, Portfolios, just like it was last week. I don't want sports scores, just my Portfolios.
It tells you how to add s--t, but not how to delete it.
I totally AGREE. MSN, Google don't pull all these STUPID gags/tricks on their users! If yahoo can't fix the available of the sign-out while in email Google is DEFINITELY an option I WILL go to ... NOT A THREAT just the FACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MSN, Google. I think these are viable options. Been using My Yahoo as a home page for about 15 years. Maybe time for a change?
I absolutely agree. Your help feature is NOT HELPING!!!! Please provide phone number.
