Security Code for log in?
I was attempting to log into Yahoo mail and I received a message to enter a security code that was sent to my e-mail address to complete the log in process. This doesn't make sense. How can I find the access code in my e-mail when I haven't completed the log in process. Was this legit or could it be some kind of phishing scam? This has never happened before and it sounds phishey!

Home Page Doesn't Load
The home page takes forever to load. The ad servers hang frequently and it's only gotten worse. Also, the news carousel has problems loading more times than not. After countless years, I am seriously considering abandoning Yahoo as my default homepage. It's been more than six months since this update. Fix it or I'm outta here.

Always a "new" email from Yahoo! after I clear my inbox
After I clear my Yahoo! Mail inbox (deleting or moving items to other folders) and refresh the MyYahoo! homepage there is ALWAYS a new email from Yahoo!, typically offering an email protection service plan, that appears as the ONLY item in my inbox. This seems to be intentional on your part, that I will pay more attention to a single email in my inbox. For the record, I now always delete that email without looking at it any further,

Trouble with yahoo log in and consider join Google
Recently I have spend about 30 minutes to log in my account,my computer time at Toronto public library only 60 minutes.If if happen often again,may be I should join many of my friends by open a Gmail account.Good luck.

Yahoo Mail doesn't update in My.yahoo
Yahoo mail isn't updating in my.yahoo. I have old mail showing in yahoo mail on my.yahoo. I push refresh and nothing updates. Please update. Thanks!

What have you done to your video feeds
What is going on with your video feed all I get is Yahoo and some Russian stuff no matter what I type in and no matter how I work my filter . And there used to be a way I could block what I didn't want to see which evidently you guys have taken off so now I get what you want me to see I've been a customer since the early 2000 And it's sad to see what you have done to this once opened Web browser Just a cater to the awoke crowd Sad days indeed

Feature to add
Yahoo is great in most respects, but here's what is needed: the ability to restore or create a contact list from a saved contacts.csv file. I don't have "other accounts" from which to transfer; I just want backup for my contact list so that can restore it if needed.

News Feeds Not Working in Forever
Fix News Feeds please, hasn't worked since Covid. What a surprise. AP and Reuters - pay your accounts so your customers can add the feed. Yahoo news political bias is extreme. Try to learn and exercise journalistic integrity if you have it in you. Thank God Verizon is selling Yahoo. Verizon is just another telcom predatory snake and everyone knows it...the stories I could tell. No thank you!
Please reinsert news comments - stop the propaganda and silencing your customers. Fight back against state censorship!!!!

Please stop auto-playing videos for ads and news stories
This applies to both news stories and ads on the homepage. PLEASE STOP THE AUTOPLAY FOR THE VIDEOS. I live in a rural area and my choice of ISPs is extremely limited, I don't have the luxury of an urban area where there are more choices and where data caps don't exist. All ISPs that serve my area cap their data and when caps are reached, the speed is throttled down to where it's barely functional. Your auto-playing of videos eats away at my data cap.
