Download of Yahoo data keeps saying it was cancelled
I wanted to download my Yahoo Answers data, per the closing of that portal, but, every time I submit it, I get an e-mail saying it was cancelled! HELP!!!

Cancelling a subscription
I have made several attempts to try & cancel my subscription to the malware protection ever since the day I signed up for it because I didn't realize until after it had already went through that it is for PC's o ly (I was wanting it for mobile) I have never used it & for several months now they've been deducting it from my bank acct. I've since closed my bank account & now Yahoo has suspended my account & telling if they close it I will lose everything (emails, etc...) I've had this account for over 10 years, never…

There was a change made to Yahoo Notepad since yesterday 3/15 where now the notes have no line breaks, everything is run together.
