Absolutely no support whatsoever
Last week an email disappeared that I desperately need. I had been moving emails around and cleaning up my inbox so I’m guessing it accidentally got deleted because it is NOWHERE to be found. I tried doing the email restore but it must have gotten deleted just outside the 7 day window. So now I’m trying to contact yahoo to see if they can find this one email for me. There is absolutely no way to contact a representative unless I pay the $4.99 to have 24/7 support. Seriously, yahoo??? Is that any way to treat the people that keep you in business? What makes me even more upset is that while searching for this one email from last week I’ve had emails that were deleted years ago pop up in my search. How does that make any sense?! That I can bring up emails from years ago but can’t bring up one from last week?! It’s so annoying!
