What happened to Yahoo Directory?
What happened to Yahoo directory? Instead of showing me your comprehensive directory, I get a sparse Small Business directory? In a place I could formerly get a comprehensive directory of all the media and newspapers (1000;s) in the world, according to city or country, you now list only 2, the UK Daily Mail and something called the Gospel Herald. What did you do with the other SEVERAL THOUSAND newspapers you had links to?

I can't seem to call and reactivate my account. The line is busy when I call your number and all I want to do is give you money.
I would like to be able to reach a customer service representative when I want to renew my account. The lines give a busy signal andy you don't have an online chat function. My credit card expired and you didn't send an email to alert me. You simply cancelled my site. That is not a good wa y to keep business. Can I please reach someone to reactivate my site?

Yahoo should add a disable button in the small business web hosting control panel, to disable some or all website files and folders. The disable button will allow the webmaster or the person maintaining the web hosting account to disable website files and folders when a client don't pay for their website services, when a web page show old content or special, and to have full control of the website files and folders. The disable button will make the website files and folders invisible so the pages can't be viewed and searched for online, but the exiting files and folders…

Lost 11 years worth of business emails
My business account was deactivated due to an expired credit card. I was able to reactivate it in time and got my website back and when I reactivated my email address I was able to retrieve notepad notes. But 11 years worth of emails vanished. No explanation from Yahoo other than that is what happens. Are you kidding me?

I clicked on an ad for Elite Test 360 and they said they would give me a free trial but charged me $178!! My trust in Yahoo is broken.

Do not make Smart View folders an automatic feature. I feel this violates my privacy since entries in it cannot be deleted.
Make Smart Views an optional feature. I just spent many, many minutes with your help desk trying to find out how to opt out Smart Views since I believe it compromises my privacy. Apparently it cannot be removed nor can the entries in the folders be deleted. This is a brain dead idea and should be corrected or at least made optional.

No help on how to delete websites on site builder and control panel
no easy way or explanation on how to delete unwanted website names that is visible on site builder and control panel. I also bought a new domain name but is unable to create a website for it because it wants to download all info of my other site.

Downloading of large files (40MB) does not work from Yahoo webhosting
I've been using yahoo small business web-hosting for several years without using their support (I am an Internet/Network professional). Suddenly downloading BIG files (~40MB) from my website stopped working. Yahoo is killing my small business, because the whole business is about providing these files to my customers. I've been calling/e-mailing their support for several days. No results, No response. Everything is extremely bureaucratic: they reproduce the issue, escalate it, after that nobody calls back... They just promise that somebody would contact me soon 24hours/48hours....but this never happens...

Verification code on small business listing keeps saying I have incorrect code. I would email help but you won't grant me the privilege.
I am trying to verify my business listing. We have had a name change and I am trying to update it on yahoo. So I claimed the listing you had for our business and entered the correct info- and then you wanted me to verify it by sending an email with a code.
Problem is- I put the code in and it says it is incorrect. I requested the code again and got the exact same code- still incorrect. I tried contacting help- but apparently I don't have that privilege until after I enter the verification code?
