Gold , Silver, etc spot or other Price indicators
Would like to have the ability to track commodity prices. It would be beneficial, and educational to have Gold and silver pricing, to track.

Remove, or give option to remove My Holdings column
The My Holdings column takes up too much space. It is useless for me, but others might want it. Please give option to remove it.

Old news articles
The news articles for the stocks being followed are not current. So, that makes this ap unreliable for news on stocks...unless you only read news monthly.

Allow manual hiding of certain media sources
I understand why Yahoo! would allow a large spectrum of sources to post on the news feed. But certain end users, like myself, are never going to click on certain sources. Since I will never, never take investment advice from certain sources, not just the sketchy ones but I would also never click on a CNBC article, Yahoo! should consider allowing me to block certain sources. All the junk sources that I have to filter through detracts my willingness to use this app. It could potentially be a huge differentiator for Yahoo! Slow
Stop all the video/graphic ads in articles. Older tablets keep on refreshing and a person can not read any part of an article out constantly refreshing/rebooting page.

Graphing period defaults
IPad gen3, iOS 9.3.5, app up to date.
When viewing graphs of my portfolio holdings, I usually want to view the same time period for each holding. Currently, all holdings initially default to the 1 day graph and then I can select a different period. This is a slow process on the iPad3. A "lock" switch for viewing a selected period on all stocks would be appreciated.

Red on blue is hard to read
"In the red" is hard to change as the meaning is universal, but the tiny red numbers against that darkish blue background is eye strain inducing. Perhaps placing the numbers in a small white or light gray box would preserve the theme and be easier on your readers?

Hard to distinguish ads from original contents
Native ads are great. It blends in the app and looks beautiful. But since late update I notice that the background of ads had been changed to grey instead of yellow, which makes it very very difficult to tell whether it is an ad or not. This is really confusing the users. Please undo the change

Column for % Market Value
Absolute market value is important but why not add a column to show the % market value so one can see their total exposure by position as a % of their portfolio holdings? Makes sense logically to add that.

Compatibility glitches with IOS Voiceover
The voiceover speech turns to jibberish when reading the body of the news articles. All else sounds normal within the app and has never happened in other apps.
Voiceover can not differentiate between ticker symbols in watch list. Sees whole list as single object. When double clicking on the watchlist, random ticker symbol is selected. when

Old news
The market jumps 300 points and at the close the first news article is 6 hours old, followed by an ad, then 11 hours old article ...
Yahoo must think no news is good news.
I've used yahoo for years but I Ned to look elsewhere for my financial news.

Portfolio view
If i click on the main page "portfolio" section and i have one portfolio, it should jump straight into that default portfolio view.

‘Favourites’ option
Please allow us to ‘favourite’ an article when we see it so we can read it later when we are currently unable to.

Block Fake News
In the old version of Yahoo the news feature was outstanding, presented in chronological order, and was very timely?
In the new version old news appears at the top of my feed, recent news that I see elsewhere is not listed, and articles that are not news are listed.
If you must list stuff like "See What the IHS Market Score Report Has To Say About ............", please give us the option of blocking non- news feeds.

Push notifications for upcoming earnings reports for stocks on watchlist
If a stock on our watchlist has an earnings report for the quarter coming up, that'd be a fantastic use of push notifications.
